このサイトは、日本各地の認知症フレンドリーコミュニティ（Dementia Friendly Community：認知症の人にやさしいまちづくり）の取り組みを紹介するサイトです。

各地の優れた取り組み、面白い取り組み、インパクトのある取り組みを見える化し、日本全国にある1800の市区町村すべてがDFCを目指す社会になっていけばと考えています。100の地域が、情報を共有し刺激をし合えるようなプラットフォームになればという願いをこめて100dfcというタイトルをつけました。

このサイトは、各地の皆さんからの報告に基づいて掲載しています。自分たちのまちの情報も掲載したいという方がいれば、ご連絡ください。

This website aims to introduce community-based initiatives that enable communities, both Japanese and overseas, to become dementia-friendly communities (dfc).

We visualize best practices and challenges in creating dfcs, and encourage all communities in Japan to become dementia-friendly.

We hope that this website will serve as a platform for more than 100 communities to share knowledge and stimulate one another’s efforts. Thus, this website is called “100dfc.”

This website’s content is based on the reports from each community. Please let us know your community’s initiatives toward becoming a dfc.
