The original study had been carried out in the period between the fiscal years 2008 to 2010 to promote admission of students with disabilities in collaboration with Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport, Science and Technology and the independent administrative agency Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). This study is a research survey about the basic support and process of assistance to promote admission of students with disabilities to universities.
Research Title: The study of transition support from high school and academic support in University of Tsukuba for students with visual, hearing and physical impairment.

Center for Diversity, Accessibility and Career Development publishes annual reports of supports for students with disabilities on the website.

We also report the practices of the University of Tsukuba based on disability science through research presentations and symposiums at relevant annual academic conferences in Japan and abroad.
